I mean best car insurance quotes depends on the violation. There aren’t exactly a whole bunch of insurance companies dying to write SR22’s on kids. So you’re GOING to end up with a high risk policy. How much? Depends on the violation, actually. So check with Geico, Safe Auto, Progressive, and Leader Infinity. You’ll probably end up with one of those four. **Amica is a GREAT company, but they’re strict with underwriting. I seriously doubt they’ll even give you a quote, as soon as you say “SR-22″.**
Try Amica, i just switched insurance n ot so long ago and they were one of the best/ highest rated. You can check the ratings yourself with an online search or via consumer reports (at your library for free). Not sure specifically about younger drivers but they seem good for about everyone.

There are a lot of factors that can make one company have better rates than another for young drivers.
Insured’s Address
Credit Score
Driving History
Type of Car
Whether they have Driver Training and Honor Roll
Never believe someone if they say one company has the best rates for young drivers, because several companies have the best rates for young drivers depending on many factors.
